Andrew P. Boorse, Esq.
Mr. Boorse is the founder and Managing Attorney of A.P. Boorse PLLC. Andrew is currently Licensed to Practice Law in the State of Arizona and the State of New York. Mr. Boorse has spent the last 8 years as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and General Counsel for several Arizona based businesses.
He has extensive experience advising organizations and helping businesses succeed. Specifically he has spent his career representing and operating numerous small to mid sized businesses in the Phoenix Metro area with a focus on Human Resources, LEAN process improvement, Regulatory Compliance and Domestic and International Transactions.
Mr. Boorse is extremely passionate about helping his clients grow, succeed, avoid business pitfalls and solve problems.
Mark Roberts
Mr. Roberts is a regulatory compliance specialist for A.P. Boorse PLLC. Mark has been working in the compliance field for more than 7 years. Mr. Roberts specializes in developing, implementing and auditing compliance programs. He has consistently helped clients pass multiple audits from state and local agencies including, but not limited to OSHA, EPA, ADOSH and ADEQ without any monetary fines.
He currently holds certificates for: HazWOpER 40hr, RCRA, DoT Hazmat Employee with Packaging and Red Cross First Aid / CPR / AED.
