Andrew P. Boorse, Attorney at Law, provides legal services to businesses and individuals in the Phoenix Metro Area of Arizona.

Andrew began his working career at the age of 14, assisting his parents in their small business in northeastern Pennsylvania in various capacities including maintenance, programming, customer service.  accounting, and eventually legal matters.  As a result, Mr. Boorse developed a deep understanding of the day to day operations and, of course the challenges facing small business operations and owners.  It is from this foundation that  Andrew P. Boorse passionately assists business owners, officers and individuals with legal needs.

Graduating Cum Laude from Arizona State University with double majors in Justice Studies  and History in 2009, Andrew P. Boorse decided to continue his law education in San Diego at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and graduated in 2012, earning the distinguished Jefferson Medal High Grade Awards in Negotiation Theory and Skill and Transactional Clinic.  Andrew successfully obtained his Arizona Bar License in November 2012. While an undergraduate student, Mr. Boorse held leadership positions with the Sigma Nu Fraternity at ASU, and rose to President of the local organization in 2004.

Motivated by his commitment to assisting the under-served small business community, Mr. Boorse worked with law faculty to establish the first Small Business Legal Clinic at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2011.  He also gained important legal experience working at numerous internships and law clerk positions in California and Arizona with independent law firms.

Through his work as council with a multi-state management business and additional clientele, Andrew Boorse has gained valuable legal expertise in the areas of employment law, contract law, internet privacy issues, real estate transactions and government compliance.  He is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association, State Bar of Arizona and continues developing his legal knowledge through education sessions such as, Internet Privacy Issues, Cloud Computing, DUI Matters, Evidentiary Hearings, and Marketing.
